This package includes everything you need to create a stunningly set area, including furniture, décor, and accessories. With a 3-day turnaround, you can swiftly alter your area and entice prospective purchasers. Please keep in mind that the specific objects utilized to stage a condo will vary based on the space’s size and design. The basic pricing includes staging for one bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining area, and kitchen. Additional rooms added or removed from the scope of work will result in a price adjustment.
Please note that the specific items used to stage a condo may vary depending on the style, size and need of the space. As such, the pricing of the One Bedroom package has a base rate of $2,500 and may vary depending on the number of rooms that need to be staged. However, we assure you that the base rate will not increase unless additional rooms are included. If you require extra bedrooms, office, or patio to be staged, we recommend exploring our Two Bedroom Package or the Three Bedroom Packages.
